      Pros

      Great company culture that really puts employees and their needs first. Company does as much as possible to ensure that you are seen as a human being and not just a cog in the wheel.

      Pros

      I started on 1 February and am currently in the onboarding phase (remotely). Everyone that I have encountered has shown so much kindness and a willingness to assist wherever possible. This is the kind of environment where you're seen, heard, and appreciated.

      Cons

      Nothing at all - it has just been 2 days.
