4yWe're glad to hear that you think Luno is a great place for personal development. Hopefully we are achieving the balance between pushing for growth (Luno's and yours) and well-being as they shouldn't be exclusive! I agree that as we are scaling, there is definitely a opportunity for everyone to impact how we can scale intentionally to minimise confusion and ensure we are all working with a strong sense of alignment, but there is always more we can do here to get better at this.
