Cons

Company is still called CenturyLink, but after "acquisition" of Level3 in late 2017, all high level execs from CenturyLink left or were pushed out and company is run by all former Level3 execs.

CenturyLink was a decent organization to work for . If you had a good internal reputation getting deals done were possible.

Cons

Like most large organizations, things move slow. As a manager of an Enterprise team you had to navigate a lot of internal resources to move deals forward.
