      Good remuneration (can improve though) Good people Work Life Balance A few good Team Leads Onsite Opportunities

      Cons

      Legacy Technologies - The work isn't upto the benchmark which the industry would have. Management and Transparency - Manipulation of data occurs most of the time though supported as true by the organization. Attitude towards employees New Hires - not upto mark PEMS - Weird and vague explanations behind career growth, promotions, etc.

      Pros

      Likely one of the better jobs in town for those that work in the rural offices. The company is a power player in the rural telco market.

      Cons

      All, I mean all, decisions are either made by senior management or need to be approved by senior management. This management approach is a negative for those that desire autonomy, but is a positive for those that just want to "make the donuts".

      - There are plenty of challenging projects so the work can be rewarding - The company is financially sound - Benefits are decent

      Cons

      - Culture is more 70's style management that inherantly does not trust employees - There does not always appear to be a clear strategy in regards to product or technology - Backoffice systems are substandard and negatively impact overall productivity
