-IT is vastly outdated, still running MS-DOS with sporadic GUI programs, which are very slow
-very little accountability
-overall talent displayed in employees of all levels is lacking
-management incompetence across the board
-supervisors are generally clueless
-middle management doesn't listen to suggestions of those below them
-upper management alloof, doesn't ask for feedback or listen to management below them
-management will turn a blind eye to slamming/cramming if perpetrator is hitting sales numbers, although this seemed to be changing the further the Qwest-Centurylink merger developed
-management treats employees like children
