Safe company , traveling the world, mostly 2 nights staying at lay overs . Payment is fair . If you pass exams for foreign languages you will be paid more .

Cons

Bulling from colleagues who work longer at the company (mostly those who are more than 8 years ) pressure on new members )trying to manipulate all the time commanding with please or thanks at the and of sentencing.This makes Lufthansa a bad environment to work .Although I loved the airline and the job, I felt sorry for being treated like that, no one controls this ,you can’t find help of dealing with this mental pressure. Nobody talks about this everybody knows . That’s Lufthansa they said to me . I left after two years

Very excellent company to work for. very polite friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff . Lufthansa takes care of its employees and customer . Always training employees with up to date technology and information, etc.
