Bulling from colleagues who work longer at the company (mostly those who are more than 8 years ) pressure on new members )trying to manipulate all the time commanding with please or thanks at the and of sentencing.This makes Lufthansa a bad environment to work .Although I loved the airline and the job, I felt sorry for being treated like that, no one controls this ,you can’t find help of dealing with this mental pressure.
