Pros
Relatively well organised, relaxed environment with adequate compute resources and a pipeline that works for the most part. Good people, at times good projects and the environs around the office are quite alive with eateries and activities. Having a shower at work really helps with daytime exercise. It can be a chill place to park yourself while using their brand name to find yourself a better opportunity.
Cons
The office is a hermetically sealed fish tank, not even a mail room or front desk and absolutely no interaction with Singapore's rich tech community or workforce. The walls are grey and with "hand me down" shot work arriving it all contributes to an apathetic and non existant office culture. Staff are underpaid and "payrises" are typically below the inflation rate. Benefits are being progressively cut and there is little to no chance of meaningful promotion for career advancement. Too many people who are content with this stay, the ones that want something more will leave.
