Pros

Not really any pros. It’s a difficult job. The people who are in a leadership position shouldn’t been in those positions.

Cons

Team leaders don’t know how to lead, they enjoy bullying employees until they quit. The work load is crazy, they pay isn’t even worth it for the amount of work you do. Work place bullying is a real thing, don’t expect it to go away when you bring it to a superiors attention.

Pros

You have a job. If you need to get caught up on bills or support yourself and family, this is a good place to start and work for a little while.

Cons

Work-life balance is awful. You won’t have any time for your family. Long hours. There is no set off time. Your day is over when the job is done. Working here will become your life.

Pros

Cash management is satisfying once accomplished and you understand what to do

Cons

Training is limited and vague. Management is unbearably toxic and just as daft as a new employee. Managers frequently leave for extended trips to Hawaii. Supervisors are relentless, stuck up, and cliquey with their employees. Supervisors don’t train or coach thoroughly and expect you to learn only from shadowing other employees. Trial and error is the only way to get processing down in this facility, which requires LOTS of micromanagement from supervisors. Awful environment with no music, no sunshine, short breaks, and short hours (despite being a “full-time” employee).
