Pressure to complete unreasonable amounts of work. Disciplinary action if you do not stay out and complete. More worried about margins than staff.

Good hours, decent pay (sort of), great work atmosphere for the most part. The customers are the best part of my day. Looks GREAT on a resume.

Cons

Very little communication between vault and route guys. Can be dangerous. Management would rather make $1 extra than help you out.
