Pros

Working inside out of the rain!

Cons

The Denver branch is the worst I have seen it in over 12 years due to new management change and all new games of running long term employees out. They let a dictator yell, scream in your face, verbal assaults are a daily routine with the new leadership team. The drivers are afraid to come back to the branch because of all the new ways the management team has dreamed up new ways to fire you. The fleet vehicles are falling apart, breaking down, afraid to spend money to fix anything. Very serious problems with the lack of maintenance, several trucks have bald tires and brakes are metal to metal. No one is engaged in the fleet department. This was a decent place to work until they let the drunk and miserable people run the branch. Nobody gives a crap anymore and it's going down hill. Don't waste you time on earth in this place. The drivers need to stand together and run the cancer called management out of this place. Rumors of threats, sexual harassment, playing favorites to give the best shifts or routes. They are so short handed because people quit or walk off the job, call in sick so they can get a break of the horrible working conditions.

Pros

Flexibility in Shifts, The

Cons

Working here is not that great when the leaders of the company ( Management/ Supervisor) are not great at what they do. You have to be a team player and also understanding to all of your employees, because working together is what gets the task at hand completed. Vulgar language every which way, talked to as if you never had any education before. The professionalism is non exited within management. When there are HR issues to resolve you can never get them taking care of because, the manager is in charge and also doing other duties that require his/her attention. The very high turnover should speak for itself. Not to mention you're only being paid $9 or $10 in CMS, that is beyond bewildering. For the first time ever the company has been in the green as far a profitable due to hard working employees, but instead of acknowledging the improvements, which was short lived, we were critized poorly. There needs to be more structure in what excatly the roles are for each employee and actual word by word training and refreshers, this would help make the company more profitable.

Pros

Consistent paycheck and great job for a single guy or girl with no life.

Cons

No life, greedy management staff, and cut throat mentality. Regional managers and their branch managers staff go on vacation every year for meetings. The rate you get hired in at is the rate u stay at. You might see .12 cents a year raise if your lucky. I know personally that management will all get together at lets say a convention for three days. Ive been at a table with about 20 or so people and the regional vice president put the entire meal, drinks, and apps on a company card for about I would guess $4000.00 at a really high end steak house. And the guys back at the shop, out on the road could barely ever get a burger and a dog at a cook out for say the 4 th of july right after they worked you 13 hours.
