No time off - tethered to my cell phone when not on the premises 24/7 The cameras in the trucks were used as ways to track every detail of the drivers day - could even here their discussions (when they were allowed to talk on the cell phones)

Good peoplein the coworker category. You get all federal holidays off or paid 2xs after you get some seniority.

Cons

So many to list. Upper management really has no clue what they're doing. They will lie cheat and manipulate you to do whatever they want. A hundred hours a week plus is almost expected. Not one time and they said thank you. They will do everything in their power to pay you minimum for a very dangerous job
