Pros

There is an earning potential if you put in the time. Guidance and support from leadership is very limited. That can be a positive also as you are not mico managed.

Cons

A lack of support at the corporate level. Causes many frustrating and embarrassing situations with the clients.

Pros

The hourly co-workers are nice and fun to work with. Being on the road is nice and the work, most days, isn't hard.

Cons

Management/Supervision sucks! They hire unqualified people just to fill slots. No driving/security/mechanical experience but breathing, YOU'RE HIRED! Deals are made to keep employees (they leave when they want to leave) just so they don't have to hire others. When asked why don't they help, it is explained that they weren't hired for that. Inside hourly employees run the branch. they come and go as they please. Truck guys are reprimanded for staying on the clock too long after the route is complete but vault employees smoke and take their break, then punch out to go home. We need to work as a team but it's all on you when you're on the road. Don't bother calling the office, either they don't know what is going on or tell you to contact the customer yourself. Supervisor doesn't know the job but is supposed to evaluate you on yours. Don't bother to ask for uniforms, you never get them. Don't look for your annual review on time, it comes months later. Don't contact HR with questions, they won't give you the answer just tell you where you can find it. Good people get promoted but aren't supported and fail. People who are lazy and don't know what they are doing get supported to become more lazy. Trucks are unsafe. No A/C in summer, no heat in the winter. Broken seats that never get replaced even after the replacement arrives. When questioned about it, truck guys being told to replace it themselves. Promotions given without a company wide job posting. Here again, people that do not know what they are doing are promoted over others with more experience.

Understaffed and Underpaid

Pros

The majority of the workforce was great to work with, but there was also a large laziness factor at play, especially among 'supervisors'.

Cons

Poor management and supervision. They were out of touch with staffing needs and were rarely available to consult with. Underpaid for the type and volume of work expected of you.
