Pros

Some people you meet will become great acquaintances or even better friends. Get to drive around with boat loads of money.

Cons

Management seems to only care about their image to corporate. Some employees milk the clock for hours which in turn can punish those they have to work with. Not a job to work if you have or are planning a family. Long hours, extremely under maintained equipment (sealed trucks with no ac, or just always breaking down or having issues). Training to advance career seldom comes unlike specified by management.
