Poor management

Pros

Decent pay if you can work the hours

Cons

No work life balance. Management is poor and do not care about their employees at all. Makes promises about additional pay but it's never received. Absolutely zero training, you're expected to learn everything on your own which can be risky when you're carrying hundreds of thousand to millions of dollars. Management is horrible. They abuse power and literally do nothing. Trucks are constantly breaking down and we're always stuck on the side of the road and they're never fixed.

Pros

Pay was decent. You get benefits too.

Cons

Everything. There is a no tolerance for errors at Loomis, and you will eventually get fired. We were threatened to be written up over ends being wrong, bags with the wrong bank on it, if we fail audit, yet, girls stand around talking, and managers are on their phones. HR and management don’t care about their employees. You are just another person to get all the work done. They hire anyone, and I mean anyone with no teller experience, and the training is terrible. Most of the girls don’t care and are lazy with no work ethic. Most never make it a year due to too many hours, termination, and work load. They lie during your Interview. I have been harassed, bullied, and treated terrible. Be prepared to have your chair, teller tickets, straps, bags, rubber bands, and cart taken from your station. I’ve had work literally taken off my cart because someone wanted the cart. When it comes to verifying you so many girls just see what you have and don’t run your ends. They sign off on your papers, and you’re the one who gets written up if your money is off. Even a manager will be lazy on verifying you then blame you when it was wrong because they didn’t catch the error. Managers get away with everything even being rude to you, yelling at you, and making crude jokes. They get away with sitting on there, and ignoring you when you need an override. They get away with being on their phones scrolling the internet and social media. They text a lot too. If you go to HR for wrongful termination it won’t help. They do an investigation in less than 24 hours. If you whistle blow they act like they care but it doesn’t always end well. When they say your success is our success. It’s all lies. They stress you out. The work culture is terrible. They will set you up to fail.
