Pros

Hours are amazing. Wonderful coworkers. You can plug up and listen to music or books which will allow you to stay to yourself.

Cons

Can't use cell phones. So I am worried about emergencies with my family. Also, there is no definite time on when you will finish for the day.

Fairly good union wage, plenty of hours

Cons

Takes 10 years of service to get the good wages. All management cares about is that the routes get the deliveries done on time. The crews very rarely get recognized when you work your butt off.

Company has a lot of support for employees that would like to move to other parts of the country due to its large foot print. Company pays for all training and even assists in obtaining duty weapon and protective vests to be used on the job.

Cons

Benefits are the worst in the industry. Employees are over worked and underpaid. In the last 30 days over ten people have quit due to the work environment.
