Pros

It pays my $625 a month rent out of one check and the other check - it pays my lights, cable, cellphone bill, landline bill, car insurance. I say that to say this - the rate of pay absolutely depends on the city and state you life in I am a CMS Teller and my net pay is $951 every two weeks. So being that as it it, I am satisfied with the company because after all - you have people who don't even have a job but are wanting one.

Cons

none. because why complain about the company. just quit if you do not like your job and find another, just to potentially get hiring on that one and do the exact same thing on this one. Oh, as at matter of fact, I do have one gripe - with respect to CMS Tellers location in the building, they need to build windows so that we can look outside. and lastly, each Teller needs to be behind their very own bulletproof glass-like booth with all of their equipment, etc within - now that'll be cool.

Pros

The SMO in Dunstable has Friendly management. Nice colleagues. New office building so clean environment. Free Tea and coffee provided and Friday office runs a quiz which is fun. Nice office environment. Work is repetitive and time sensitive.

Cons

Very low salary for every department, does not reflect industry standard. No parking on site despite plenty of space due to rotational allocation. No progression as company is flat structured. School rules in office. Senior management have no interaction with coordinators. Company HQ overseas and shows only care about profit not staff. No benefits, perks or bonuses.

Pros

nothing. The money isn't enough, for the sweat shop labor they subject the workers to. The supervisors / team leaders steal time;

Cons

they clock out and stay on the floor or don't clock out on their hour lunch and go missing for two hours. Management make you work long hours and the management suck.
