It a good learning experience

Cons

Not a good place to work. long hours, no life, managers pick favorites. It's a toxic work environment low pay to be putting you life on the line for other people's money. At the end of the day they don't care everyone is replaceable but your life is not.

Always plenty of overtime available.

Cons

A 5 day work week 8 hrs a day will actually turn into 10-12 hrs a day 99% of the time. I average a minimum of 56 hrs a week. Low work/life balance.
