Pros

- The shifts are easy to work when it's such a stress-free environment. - Customers are usually always happy, so it's not a typical retail situation where you have to deal with complaints that often.

Cons

- Not a place for promotions, so this job is really just a temporary thing. - Corporate is always pushing for sales to be better, but the system is flawed in that we have to make sure each person buys something. However, most people that come in come in groups or family, so that doesn't get counted.

Pros

Every customer is in a cheerful mood, it is easy to make friends, and it is easy to get along with coworkers. Several celebrities have visited the store during the time I have been working here the last few months. Management has been excellent to me. They've exuded patience and genuine care and are willing to work with employees on a number of levels.

Cons

Well, it is a job.

Really good Discount Candy, as far as the eye can see. Beautiful design & aesthetic Opportunity to try and consume candy during shift.

Cons

Low Pay and little to no chance at promoting. Sales demands are not designed for their markets. Bickering between employees Hit and miss leadership Hit and miss training
