Pros
Good reputation as an enterprise company in the region, big budget to spend in technology and gives to you a great level of independency (empowering) in your activities.
Cons
Exhaustive shifts, too much war rooms, IT people with too much business background and less tech background, too much access/easily to critical operational IT staff personal, in terms os benefits don't match with the size and status of the company, really hard to get raised your paycheck, even with hight level deliverys. Additionally the managers/directors have a very agressive way of working that create an toxic environment with too much tension.
