      Pros

      Market leadership, executive culture. Good experience as a retail business works. People are passionate and committed. Great people around working hard. Overseas experience.

      Cons

      Very conservative for a fashion brand. Sometimes it was so outdated that scares.Management here were total fail. Not inspiring at all. Decisions were taken randomly, apparently. Burocratic and very hierarchical. Poor quality of life, long hours of work, pressure. Your knowledge, patience and ability are tested every single day. Poor salaries.
