Social culture with lots of perks and opportunities to have fun and network, open door policy with knowledgeable account executives and senior management, very understanding, compassionate leadership that truly cares about the wellbeing of associates, strong education component (especially Marine & Energy)

Cons

Very heavy workload, limited interaction with producers, many growth opportunities heavily based on preferential treatment of select employees
