      Pros

      Great atmosphere and employees, lots of free food and happy hours. Indepth understanding of all employee benefits. Company is broken into teams, so you work with everyone from the assistants to directly with your VP and Director.

      Cons

      From August through December be prepared to work hard and long hours. Durning busy season I was working roughly 60 hours. Normal busy season hours are 45-60 hours, I was on the high end because of team turnover.
