Lockton is a great place to work. Great culture. Great people. It's fast and furious but rewarding.

Cons

You can get overloaded with work and accounts. Not sure if the pay is comparable to others in the industry. That's why I'm filling this out to find out.

Client base growing faster than employee count, which can make working there very hectic, but there are always new people being hired.

Relatively flexible hours. Knowledgable staff and willingness to help. Regularly was included in meetings and other work.

Cons

No diversity in the work. Sometimes they did not have projects to work on. A lot of the work was not extremely exciting.
