      Pros

      Great benefits, culture, and people to work with. A position that you will learn a ton in and gain extremely valuable experience. Gained license and insurance designations at no cost. Upper management is helpful and understanding and willing to listen. Beer Fridays and company events to keep things light.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Sometimes it is tough to see the direction of where your role within the company is headed. Lots of moving parts and not sure how long it will take to move up within the company.

      Promotes opportunity for associates to obtain industry-specific education and designations; rewards appropriately those deserving associates; generous benefits and vacation; provides some fun engagement activities; will invest in you if you are committed to a long-term career.

      Cons

      Inadequate pay compared to competition, forces employees to seek offers elsewhere to increase salary; unusual time tracking of associates recently added - feels like micro management; no real distinction of "officers" roles and importance within the organization; internal promotions to senior leadership roles seem political instead of strategic; there is a push for remote working, but not yet 100% - leadership constantly questioning associates on both whereabouts and time/activity tracking.
