      Work from home one day a week. Some good folks in claims area.

      Cons

      Producer model is not in the best interest of the client. Technology is severely lacking vs. competitors. Leaders talk bad about the competition, rather than focusing on own capabilities. Global capabilities clearly behind larger brokers. If you don't do it their way you have no chance to succeed.
