      Pros

      They do have benefits comparable with the marketplace.

      Cons

      It seems like a nice place to work, but they will overwork you as much as possible. Higher management will also blame any problems on you and toss you to the curb when they are done using you. It is not somewhere where you can build a longterm career.

      Lockton's ideas for structure and process are excellent. Access to resources is significantly better than most other brokers of this size.

      Cons

      Female glass ceiling very much a thing despite diversity talk track. My experience was males made decisions; females did work.
