Beware the "work hard, play hard" and "we are family" work culture. Most people here work really hard and are excellent with clients, but that isn't necessarily reflected in their career paths. That is dictated by favoritism and stroking the many egos that encompass leadership here. Training is dependent on department, and mostly about finding the few left there are who willing to take the time to help others excel.

Their toxic culture. They sell a culture of entrepreneurship - but really it’s only if you are blessed to be considered in the “in” crowd. If you’re a female - forget about it. Don’t believe their publicity that they support women or minorities. It’s all a show.
