There is no onboarding process once you are in your workstation. You either sink or swim. Manager telecommuted most of the days in a week; therefore, no leadership in the Unit. There was no teamwork or camaraderie. Everyone will talk about anyone. That includes Managers talking about their own people in negative ways. Very low employee morale. Sadly, some employees will bear the stress because of good pay.

Management! Company is run by the "inner circle" and they all have huge egos - starting at the top! Don't see this changing anytime soon. Emphasis set on "youth" despite the fact that the "seasoned professionals" are the ones doing the work and keeping the company going. What happens when the "seasoned" leave or retire?? No more niche shoppe that's for sure and nothing there that would attract and maintain key personnel that the other brokers in Houston don't have. Be careful what you ask for - it all comes with strings!!!!
