Pros

I was fortunate to work under the CEO and a few founding partners. The culture was fun and caring. I believe these were the best years of my life and sometimes I regret leaving but after almost 10 years it was time to take on some more challenges. This company isn't perfect for everyone but if you are a self starter and willing to show your drive, they support you 100%. If you are loyal, they are loyal.

Cons

Sometimes it can be hard to get promoted here. You really have toot your own horn a lot and to many of the up and coming powers to get noticed but I believe that is because everyone is staying so busy. They hire at a decent salary but the raises and bonus program needs some attention. I left for financial reasons. The only other downfall might be their medical benefits because they are linked up with other offices that have high risk employees under their policy. When I was single I think I paid almost $350 month for health insurance and the deductible was $2,500 and then when I had a child it was almost $500 a month with a 5K deductible. That is hard for those who aren't going to pay 5K in health costs. My child and I never reached that and paying full price for doctor visits, lab work, etc. hurt my wallet sometimes.

Pros

There are not to many pros with this company. You will meet a few good people but they are far and few inbetween.

Cons

There main focus is on the diva producers. When the producers do not produce, they reduce staff by cutting the service managers who retain clients. They will lure you away from top notched competitors with promises of greener pastures but will never deliver. Be careful of the gossipers as there are many here and they will stab you in the back the first chance they get.

Pros

Ability to work remotely Decent pay

Cons

The management and leadership teams are notably deficient, lacking the foresight and capability required to inspire or effectively guide their employees. This lack of direction and support is further exacerbated by an HR department that not only falls short of professionalism but is outright rude, contributing to an unwelcoming and stressful work environment. the organization's proclaimed commitment to fostering a healthy work culture couldn't be further from the truth. Instead of promoting well-being and collaboration, the prevailing atmosphere is one of self-preservation, with little regard for the collective good or individual growth.
