      I can’t think of a Pro to working here in comparison to other agencies.

      Cons

      Every man for themselves mentality. Poor onboarding. The companies coverage training offers great information however is too time consuming resulting in high stress. Technology is lagging; programs are not used to their full potential.

      Good location, co-workers, carriers we work with.

      Cons

      Required to be available and work 24/7 if needed. To much multi-tasking, not enough time to do the job required. Sales executives are empowered to run the company.
