      I had a very poor experience working here. They treat their employees so badly. I would advise that you be very confident in wanting to work here before entering the company

      Pros

      They have a great looking office, near Union Station, and their HR guy is top notch. Free coffee and water.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies I have ever worked for by far. I came in as an AM with many years of experience but management was completely condescending. Literally the worst employment experience of my life. Would not recommend them unless your trying to get some AM experience to add to your resume.

      Pros

      Manager and team are incredibly knowledgeable. Culture and volunteer opportunities are second to none. 401k is the best out there.

      Cons

      Income and bonus inequality between department and unfulfilled promises make for unmet expectations and high turnover. They will lure you in with false promises and then guilt/shame you into staying until you leave in tears.
