      Pros

      There are some good people buried in this awful company, but they are outnumbered

      Cons

      The office politics are straight from middle school. Certain snacks and drinks are hidden for certain people. Exec VPs (KS) secretary would pass gossip along to him and you were rewarded for information. The above doesnt even include the awful workload, no pay, or horrible teams they stick you on. People are leaving in droves and they still dont care.

      Pros

      Recurve a decent amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Insurance isn't great, pay is some of the lowest in the field. Most management is hired in from other fields rather than promoted from within. Raises are typically cost of living or less. Most supervisors are hands off to the point they aren't involved unless they don't like you. Culture is basically highschool mentality with adults.

      It claims to be a great place to work. I did not experience that.

      Cons

      No Onboarding. No formal training. No development. All learning and advancement is organic after years of gathering knowledge. Culture is self-promoting - Look at how great we are doing.
