Pros

• OK benefits. • Lots of opportunities to drink - could be a con. • Decent associate development opportunities. • Good community impact.

Cons

• So much emphasis on the special "culture" but it's not any different than any other company that I have worked for. Drinking ≠ Culture. • EXTREMELY outdated technology - get ready to use your own computer/phone all day long. • Very low pay with no negotiation tolerated during the hiring process - much lower than a LOT of competitors. • They are not a fan of remote work - they keep reminding us we will be back in the office soon to preserve the "culture" mentioned above. Not a good idea for retention... • Diversity in the hiring process would be nice. Fewer white men in leadership roles would be refreshing.

Pros

Some of the people are very talented. If you get into a good team it can make the rest of the issues slightly tolerable. Stable company financially. The vast majority of people are hard working good people contributing to the company and the community - it's a shame they don't get rewarded.

Cons

Outsourcing is on the rise so be aware, offshoring/contractors are the new normal. Zero chance of getting full time additional staff even though the entire department/team is overworked. Annual increases are cost of living adjustments and that is for the top performers only (2-3% is considered a 'big' increase). Very little diversity and now as they are attempting to correct this it seems forced and shallow. Remote work has only contributed to no work/life balance and it wasn't very good before remote. New management, same old issues, if you are not part of the club (their hires/or fits) you don't stand a chance.

Very unprofessional and unprogressive company.

Pros

Parking is covered and location is off the Plaza.

Cons

They company prides itself on being innovative and giving employees autonomy and independence. However, their technology is out dated and cumbersome, and they have very little processes in place to manage their workflow. There is a lot of wasted time spent and band aids put on issues instead of resolving them.
