Pros
Received internship via phone interview, received a relocation bonus for the summer. It was really fun and a great resume booster.
Cons
Internship was unorganized, I was essentially stuck on the managers who didn't even want an intern, probably some corporate mandated intern program, but they made the best of it, I helped with several projects and tried not to be a burden, as they were very busy. I was nominated for the Leadership development program, at the interviews 14 fellow LM interns attended, they hired no one.....Seems the only LM division that does a good job converting employees in Aviation - stay away from Space or ISGS, etc...
