Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay and benfits package for full time hires. Flexible work hours. Telecommuting available once with the company for 6 months. Work/life balance is being stressed by site management with the recent implementation of a 9/80 workweek. Everyone I worked with was very willing to help if I had any questions. Company is stressing building leaders to plan for the future as much of the workforce will be retiring soon.
Cons
People don't seem to be around much. Some people are so busy that they do not have time to help. Change can sometimes take time, but this is no different at many big corporations.
