Leader in their market, Profitable, Stable, cost effective, layoffs are rare, well known brand, good quality products, nationwide reach, best company in its class.

Cons

Leadership is stuck in the Last century. Employees aren't valued at all. They pretend they care sometimes and that's all. If you complain about anything they will tell you it's better than being unemployed. Managers lack A TON of people skills.

Ability to work in different companies with diverse people among most variable levels. Good benefit package. Flexible working hours

Cons

Salaries were below market. No career growth perpective. Management Team were very political and not well prepared. Managers did not evaluate individuals by their own performance or results, they count on "others" feedbacks.
