      Ability to work in different companies with diverse people among most variable levels. Good benefit package. Flexible working hours

      Cons

      Salaries were below market. No career growth perpective. Management Team were very political and not well prepared. Managers did not evaluate individuals by their own performance or results, they count on "others" feedbacks.

      I loved working there because of the people and the free drinks that they offered every Sunday

      The management team wasn’t always the best at communicating with the advertising team, which caused a little bit of problems here and there
