      Pros

      Nice people across oversight teams Good benefits (especially the healthcare) and they embrace hybrid working They do seem to care about their staff Offices are nice and the canteen Seem to be making an effort to do better on building an inclusive culture - some leaders better than others

      Too many levels of hierarchy which reduces efficiency Disconnect between leadership and the staff Still not enough women in Executive leadership positions despite talking tough to the market on the issue Poor people managers who have progressed through length of tenure rather than ability

      Benefits, Culture, Business & Society Value, Respected, Interesting, Learning & Development, Fantastic Colleagues, Great collaboration across the Corporation, Awesome History, (mostly) great senior/executive leadership, Professional, Inclusive and gives back to the community

      Cons

      A history of occasional senior leadership team hires that come in and destroy the culture in their sphere of influence. Prima-donnas advancing their own cases. Resignations and scapegoat dismissals follow - sometimes those the Corporation can least afford to lose.
