Pros

Team of highly talented engineers supporting applications for the insurance market. The work environment is flexible with home working. The office is the iconic 1982 Lloyds building in the heart of the city

Cons

Senior Management do not have a clue of what direction to follow. They make decisions on ream structure without consulting development team members.

Cons

Still can be slow to implement change Can be quite a lot of Red tape (although regulated industry can play a part in that)
