      Pros

      I've been working for Lloyds for 15 months, and have been very impressed by the culture and the flexibility. I have a great team, and a very good manager who I love working for - I work a 4 day week due to my childcare responsibilities and she is really good at managing my volumes and ensuring I'm not overworked. She is also very sympathetic about the struggles of having a young family.

      Pros

      Team of highly talented engineers supporting applications for the insurance market. The work environment is flexible with home working. The office is the iconic 1982 Lloyds building in the heart of the city

      Cons

      Senior Management do not have a clue of what direction to follow. They make decisions on ream structure without consulting development team members.
