Pros

Good salary and great bonus. Ticks all the boxes for diversity, culture, wellbeing and staff benefits

Cons

Off shoring most hands on IT jobs but managers retained for transition. If your role becomes redundant then they try to minimise their corporate responsibility to avoid entitled payout.

Brilliant place to work

Pros

MRC has a culture of continual improvement, supporting colleagues and numerous development opportunities. It’s also a great place to learn about how the market as a whole sets capital and reserves. There is excellent flexibility. Above anything else, senior management in the department care about the team.

Cons

Sometimes change projects can be frustratingly slow to get going
