Pros
I had great people that I worked with directly. The organization was well organized, communications made sense, and generally everyone felt like they were moving in the same direction. There was a good backbone of established process and procedures that everyone followed, but still room to innovate and try new things.
Cons
At the end of the day, despite the veneer of being close-knit and stable, they're just a company. My entire PMO department was cut on the same day with no notice, no severance, and ended with a very short and clinical HR debrief letting us know that we were laid off.
