The vibe of engineering for Driveway was amazing, if you could focus on your fellow engineers

Cons

Leadership sucks, it was clear they were working on layoffs but kept everyone in the dark and lied nonstop.

Honestly, I can’t think of any.

Cons

What a waste of time. Unless you were lucky and received a higher up position which is becoming more and more difficult than you’re going to leave with nothing. No raises, no job growth or opportunities. I feel like I completely wasted my years here. Terrible benefits, bad pay, no incentives and you don’t receive your matched employer contributions unless you work here 5 years?? I absolutely wasted my time here and have nothing to show for it. Extremely disappointed. I have no idea how people last so long here when there’s other companies with better benefits, 401K programs, and raises. Lithia as a company is an absolute joke.
