* ALOT of drama * incompetent managers/supervisors, people freshly hired and do not know their job or yours * high turn over rate Basically this position had a lot of responsibility and created a lot of stress and pressure that was just not worth the $15 an hour. Supervisors and managers did not actually know how to do the job themselves and left you "in the trenches" staying late and taking care of things yourself, very discouraging.

Managers do not listen to advice from their employees, thinking they are lower than them and therefore talk down to them and constantly deliver snide remarks. Always wondering "what you are doing",...instead of leaving you alone and letting you do your job. Completely understaffed for essential personnel like lot attendants, and then constantly hover and wonder why you can't be in 5 places at once doing everything. Corporate big-wigs have even complained to management that they need to hire sufficient staff and they do not listen. Completely unprofessional management team,...they think they are hot-shots and have ruined my excitement for this field of work.
