Pros

Upward mobility with positive performance. All the standard corporate big company benefits. Love the employee stock purchase program, this is a must to invest in!

Cons

Stressful and long hours, but that’s the car business. As the company has gotten bigger their support infrastructure hasn’t grown at the same pace, it might take a week to get something minor fixed unless you are a squeaky wheel.

Direct coworkers all young and incredibly friendly. No backstabbing or issues that I saw.

Cons

5 days of combined sick and personal leave for the first two years. So if you miss 5 days in January due to a bad flu, you're not taking any kind of paid vacation the rest of the year. Incredibly weak benefits for a Fortune 350.
