Absolutely nothing, worst dealership I have ever worked for.

You are a number, the company cares less about you as an employee then you cared about the disposable coffee cup you threw out on your way to work this morning. They actively promote the most dishonest people in the business, and then wonder why they can’t seem to get their locations right. Look at your local leadership and wonder why you can’t keep employees. Realize that you are playing with people’s lives and livelihoods. Some of us have families that depend on us. I will be actively telling anyone and everyone to not work for any lithia location. I’m sure most of the problems I dealt with are due to the completely incompetent and arrogant local leadership in Utica, NY. But I complained to corporate as well and they seemed to not really care so I gotta imagine that it’s not just a local thing.

Middle management will intentionally isolate you if you are not one of the 'cool kids'. Managers and supervisors hang out with their subordinates outside of work and will huddle up the next day to talk about it and gossip. If you are someone who likes to work hard and not get caught up in the 'high school drama', you will be isolated, socially and physically. They will assign you to a work station that is furthest away from other team members. They do not hold top performing agents accountable, when evidence clearly indicates they are meeting and exceeding their metrics unethically. Could be a great place to work if they would hire managers who are professional, fair and remain neutral; but that may be difficult if they continue to allow family members supervise family members.
