Work culture is terrible - Customer Care Agent Lithia & Driveway Employee Review

Middle management will intentionally isolate you if you are not one of the 'cool kids'. Managers and supervisors hang out with their subordinates outside of work and will huddle up the next day to talk about it and gossip. If you are someone who likes to work hard and not get caught up in the 'high school drama', you will be isolated, socially and physically. They will assign you to a work station that is furthest away from other team members. They do not hold top performing agents accountable, when evidence clearly indicates they are meeting and exceeding their metrics unethically. Could be a great place to work if they would hire managers who are professional, fair and remain neutral; but that may be difficult if they continue to allow family members supervise family members.
