      Uncomfortable atmosphere

      Pros

      Ability to just go to work and do the job.

      Cons

      There was a strange atmosphere there, even managers talked about how tense it was, people were looking to get out. Corporate sets pay rates lower than average elsewhere for the same work regardless of experience and are not open to discussing those rates. They give the impression that they don't care about their employees or their customers.

      Pros

      Some outstanding people in hourly and front line supervision ranks that have given, and continue to give their hearts and souls to Armory Garage.

      Cons

      The aforementioned group is quickly losing confidence in management and the business is in danger of losing what had been built over the last 100 years.

      Full of empty promises

      Pros

      They are for the most part friendly. They seem to have a good idea for how things should run although most of the staff in Medford has zero dealership experience. Benefits are better with lower co pay and cost.

      Cons

      The execution is terrible, they have fallen short on every promise. They cause more problems by "helping". There was no Holiday bonus for even though we were promised nothing would change until January specifically our holiday bonus's. GM's and controllers can't even give bonuses to employees who deserve it. They are a mess and can't handle the volume they are purchasing. It will eventually crumble at this rate and for that reason many of the new employees they aquired are not participating in purchasing their stock
