Let me go three months after returning from maternity leave The way they let me go was very poor and the miscommunication was awful I thought they were being accommodating, but they were really just trying to slowly send me out the door Lots and lots and lots of reports to review every single day on top of your regular work

This company “Driveway” won’t make it in my opinion they need to definitely give up. Management shows favoritism and lack OF REAL leadership. HR is ONE PERSON and she is MESSY/ shows favoritism as well and want people to kiss up to her. same with the performance managers. They certainly set you up to fail when you get out of training. Change in life is inevitable but this company be worried about the wrong stuff. You can ask for help, asked to be switched to a different team or another floor but they won’t work with you. Don’t waste your time at this start up company. The work environment is very toxic, cases get stolen between the agent in different locations. They don’t really care how agents get their case’s as long as they do. The training was NOTHING like what you were thrown into, and the trainers were crap. Snacks were good though. Not much good comes from this job, at least the position I was in. Supervisor would say anything to save their tail. Like you guys weren’t even prepared for our training class, had to promote people who don’t even know what their doing. Then the agents got wrote up for stuff because the company didn’t have the power to cover the shifts. Just a very disorganized company. They say their case by case but it’s really just favoritism.
